Once submitted, you’ll receive a Service Guide with information about performance options, formats, and the process. Step Two – Confirmation Your booking is secured through a Service Agreement, and a security deposit is collected if applicable. Step Three – Planning We’ll finalize event details together—performance length, music selections, timing, and any special requests—to ensure the performance is engaging and tailored to your audience. Step Four – The Performance Relax and enjoy as I provide a professional, interactive, and memorable live cello performance for your community gathering. Additional Information Setup & Equipment – Amplification and setup can be provided if required. Travel – Local travel is included; additional fees may apply for events outside the local area. Special Requests & Extended Time – Custom requests or extended performance time are coordinated in advance. Payment – Preferred method is check in hand at the event; other arrangements can be discussed if needed. Cancellations & Changes – Changes or cancellations within 72 hours of the event may incur a fee to cover preparation time.
